Refund policy
At Northern Co., we take pride in the products we sell.
We will be more than happy to provide you a return or exchange on regular priced items that have been unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Returns must be marked shipped back to us within 21 days of delivery or will not be eligible for a refund. Returns received past the 21 day window will be issued as store credit.
Sale and promotional discounted items are returnable for store credit only. If you apply a promo code to your order, it is eligible to return for store credit only.
Northern Co. will neither be responsible for return shipping, nor shipping costs refundable.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All order concerns must be indicated within 14 days of delivery, outside of manufacturer warranty.
